Almost nothing is known about this khajiit.No records,no history no true identity,nothing.He calls himself Ma'hir,yet it is very unlikely that this is his true name.What is know however,is that he is a completely insane,sick,cannibalistic,psychopath who dabbles in necromancy and daedric worship.He has obsession with bashing people's skulls,though he has been known to incinerate,sacrifice,poison,decapitate,mutilate,devour and torture his victims until they die
